The 'Spruce Goose', or the 'Flying Boat'. Built by aviation genius and eccentric Howard Hughes. Only flown once, by him.

After pouring $7 million of his own money and another $18 million of government funds into the behemoth, Hughes only succeeded in making a single mile-long flight in 1947. The record-setting plane never flew again and is today a tourist attraction at the Evergreen Aviation Museum in Oregon.

One of the planes used by the Singapore Youth Flying Club, the Piper Warrior 2. Excuse the bad photoshopping guys, there was a head that was blocking a small part of the plane.
And no, it isn't the reason why the pole is slanted

Not quite.

The cloud above the wing is actually lift-generated condensation, and happens when humid air in the region of low pressure above the wing is at a low enough temperature for the moisture to condense.
More information about that phenomenon can be found here.
