      Thinking of taking the PPL at Senai, Johor Flying Club. Has anyone embarked on it before? I heard from the boss who runs the airstrip at Geylang Patah you can buy those cheap single seater aircrafts for about RM30,000+, made in Malaysia one... :lol:

      Join the RSAF or SIA and pray that you get selected. icon_lol.gif

       

      if not, what you have is the cheaper alternative. well, not cheap at all if u ask me.

      The PPL at Msia is abt 7k Sing dollars. Might cost more now, I dunno. IMO, its worth ur money if u really want it. Cos they give u unrestricted PPL, unlike SYFC, which gives u a PPL, but its restricted. To get unrestricted, u gotta fly navigational flights, which unfortunately is impossible in SG cos of the small airspace.
