For this year onwards, Cadets taking Civil Defence Course Tests (CD Basic) will be tested only once. Once pass, you're lucky. if fail, see you next year then.
btw, we'll help NCC Cadets by helping them to check their answers (erm, we do give answer too..)
Anyway, i was told when one of the M'aam came during one of the CD Course and tell us about this..
Pray that you're in HQ 2nd CD Division (Tampines Fire Station there..) for the course, we'll DEFINATELY help all those taking the test.. (cos i'll be there..)
Some of the rules for NCC Cadets:
1) Please REFRAIN from calling the Instructors / Volunteer Instructors "Sir" at all times.
just call us Instructor or NCO, unless you want to see your instructors getting charged, then call us "Sir".
2) Please wear your Visitor Pass at all times, Violator might be sent out of the Division building.
3) Please do not talk to anyone except, i) Coursemates and, ii) Instructors / NCOs and, iii) The Oficer-in-Charge (SGT & Above, sometimes might pop by and chat with you before the course)
4) Bring your valuables at all times..
5) Food will not be provided.
6) Listen to instructions at all time (i have no problem with NCC), ASK when in Doubt, we wont laugh at what you ask.
7) Please DO NOT bring food or drinks (except mineral water) to the lecture room.
Lecture room should be kept at tip top
condition.
9) Do not copy during the test, but ask any of the instructors when in doubt.
10) Do not SMS, Talk cock, answer a phone call during lecture. Ask for permissions first.
11) girls are allowed to go to toilet in 4s, guys can go alone. (not haunted or got monster, just that sometimes the toilet flood..)
12) please bring along a pen (maybe a extra pen too..), you know you're taking a test.
13) Test questions are easy, but please read it carefully and listen to the clues given during lectures.
