      <description>&lt;p&gt;Aged 70, he is a christian. He has being influential person in
singapore politics cos well, a top civil servant definitely has
power to decide country policies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does being a christian affects the decision he makes for our
country.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can one be religious but still makes a excellent policy
maker?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ANyway, its always hard to measure the success of policies of a
country because there is so many ways to see things.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
