Chelsea and Liverpool will also try and tempt the England man away from Villa Park once the season ends.
Barry would replace Mathieu Flamini at Arsenal if the Frenchman decides to quit the top-flight for Serie A.
"Flamini can earn more somewhere else because it's a free transfer," said Arsene Wenger.
"But how much is he ready to sacrifice to stay here.

same old chelsea rumors.... esp with the uncertainty in ownership, finances, manager , etc...
highly unlikely gerrard wull leave and so hopefully barry will come over to liverpool...
though it also makes sense for him to go arsenal where he will probably be more of a first team player than at liverpool, where he's fighting for the midfield slot with alonso and mascherano...

Liverpool would pay the right amount for the right player , Arsenal won't
