Anyone has any secret on slimming down FAST that they can share ?
I recently wanted to slim down cause the past one month or so i`ve been taking protine and just realise i became to big macham like ape.
So is there any kind soul out there that would share their slimming secrets ?
Oh btw best is without spending money to buy pills like SLIM 10 and get me into hospital.

Why are you taking protein? Do you work out? Or are you taking hoping for some miracle to happen?

Well protein with glucose should be ok, but then again, I feel that protein is best used to build muscles, in this case, HIIT doesn't really build any muscles, so you're kinda wasting your protein anyway. However, I've read somewhere that its actually ok to take protein for recovery, but protein is expensive to me since I'm not working, so I'll avoid taking protein after running.

I am 1.63m tall and I used to weigh 56kg for a period of time. Before that, I was only 44kg but due to suppers and junk food everyday, I gained 12kgs in half year (Can you imagine that?). I previously come from a Spa industry and have always been health and Looks conscious. I think I have tried many things that can either make myself slimmer or prettier. I finally found my own method of keeping fit, healthy and also slim. It works for me and some of my friends. So I hope it will work for anybody who wish to slim down.
This is what I do... Remove Toxins > Exercise and Diet....
Firstly, accumulated toxins in our body can cause harm to our body and also at the same time toxins in our body can cause us to become fatter or obese. I would actually do this thorough detox for my body twice a year. This detox plan is actually called Master Cleanse Diet and it lasted for 10 days. I would not advise anybody to do this detox too frequently as it may produced adversed effect. Twice a year should be good enough. The purpose of me doing this is to remove the impurities and wastes in my body. The first time I did, I lost almost 8kg.

Secondly, I followed by with full body workout and healthy diet. This is to tone my body and perfect my abs. Everyday, instead of eating 3 full meals, I break up my meals into smaller portion and eat up to about 5 times a day. Initially, when i try to perfect my abs, i exercise everyday..
Lastly, maintain with exercises and watch your diet. Please note that if you are going to repeat Master Cleanse Diet for the 2nd time, during that 10 days period, stop exercising or you may faint.
I am only 46kg and I have achieved with toned and sexy abs by doing the above methods.
