As lpx88 has said, you could run on your own too. There's no
need to bother about timings and speed as of now, but try to
complete 3km on your own.

The stitches occur because your body is unconditioned. You need
to slowly condition it before such stitches will stop. You could
also include exercises at home. For example, push ups, crunches,
burpees, jumping jacks.

When you can achieve the simple ones, then you can progress to
interval training, circuits, etc.

May I know what your age is?

I need help, everytime I go for PE lessons, monday
and tuesday, I will feel very afraid and I also dunno
why..

I really cannot run fast but my 2.4 timing isn't atrocious
enough to be deemed as a failure. Ok maybe to some of you 14
minutes is damn slow, but there's nothing much I can do about it
because everytime when I run I will get severe "stiches"..

Now, can anyone please advise me on what I can do to minimise
this "PE lessons pressure"? I feel that it is really affecting my
life, and it also affects me psychologically-wise.
