      <description>&lt;p&gt;Yes, you need to recondition your body first. Don't expect to
run at the same speed or timing as you did months back. That is
probably the reason for vomitting.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;you must be tensing your shoulders as you are running... Try to
relax them when you go running next time... Sometimes after a long
period of not running, I tense my shoulders unknowingly during a
run, and experience soreness there too...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Vomitting is probably because you are unconditioned. Try not to
push yourself too hard, but instead, aim for a more gradual
improvement&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Anyone have this experience...the upper back at where the
shoulder blades are are so sore after a run. And also feel like
vomiting at the same time. &lt;img src=

&lt;p&gt;Both are terrible feelings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Why is that so? Isn't it suppose to be the legs?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
