      definitely. GNC is way overpriced.

You could try Optimum Nutrition chocolate milk or double chocolate (nutritionpark.com, ard $80), but there are some who claimed it is not so nice. Quite a number of them claimed that Champion Nutrition's one taste nicer (can get from tsw.com.sg, around $83)

Budget wise, the cheapest in Singapore so far is ATW brand (around $66) from nutritionpark. Taste supposed to be ok.

pm me if you ordering from nutritionpark. I got their discount coupon code... Heh

Protein shakes are just supplements. Whether it will work for you depends on your workouts and your body requirements. If you just take them alone, don't expect anything to happen to your body, except that the extra calories may result in a tummy for you.

Treat it more as a matter of convenience. Seriously, if you have the time to plan all your meals properly, and include lots of meat and eggs and nuts into your diet, you can function and grow just as well without it.

In short, as one of our past (and banned) forumer put it, it is like liquid chicken breast.

It's hard to find soy protein online, maybe you cna try GNC or try the more primitive method and that is to eat egg white wink.png

      protein is not miracle powder.....

It is the same protein you can get from food. If you eat enough food, protein powder is not even needed since both serve the same function. You will not suddenly become super powerful or what just because you take protein powder. It is not steriod......
