    • Need to cut fats more than doing anything else.

      Of course you need to have the necessary muscle mass before doing so. The more muscles you have, the faster you can cut.

       

      But to answer your question directly, both are useful.

    • There is no trick in muscle building.The harder you train with weights and cardio exercises the better you look.Push ups is for muscle maintenance if you cant make to the gym
