1. Argola De Ouro Capoeira Singapore

2. Bantus Capoeira Singapore.

I used to practice with Argola De Ouro. <a href=

anyway, it is recommended that you go for a couple of classes,
or just see how the class goes, before you make your decision.
practising on your own is alright, but the only con is that you
wont know what you're doing wrong

not really. capoeira helps to develop your flexibility, its not
a prerequisite.

as for practicing it on yourself, its entirely possible, but i
asuure you its not going to be all about aerosaults or flips .

haha i love capoeira but 2 things, first do one have to be super
fit and super flexible to do it? secondly any easier and less shag
training to enjoy basic capoeira? i know lah to be good must
practice more but i hate martial arts one thing is for their shag
and boring training.. =(

capoeira in singapore replied by Stucktoes @ Thu, 15 May 2008 21:52:38 +0800

Hi there. I got a question and I feel this should be the correct
forum to ask since its abt health and fitness. I'm currently
thinking of taking up Capoeira to stay fit and to increase my
agility and I'm wondering if anyone here can offer any help
regarding this?

Like any places there offer classes and any website with infos?
And I'm also wondering if there is a "main" capoeira organisation
here in Singapore? An official one?

Will appreciate any help given. Thanks in advance!
