  My personal best was in 1994: 8m 10s.
  
  Played football for my school and club for a while. So my stamina was a pleasant result of the daily training.
  
  Last taken at IPPT in beginning 2005: 12m flat....haha.

  8mins plus in army...fastest 8min 10secs.
  now most probably need 1hr to run, kao bei then walk and drag...

  For me, 12:11. Even when I run 3 times a week. Can't improve till 11++ leh. Wonder how some girls get 10 min timing. sigh
