People just refuse 2 see that the S-League has grown. I mean, look at this season results. Any team can beat any team. Why continue to live in past glory? And don't compare EPL with the S-League. If you don't even support ur local league, how would u expect it 2 prosper?

  because I wanna watch singaporeans play and not some nigerian imports who probably pronouces English as Anglish

  It was not cancelled !!! Iraq won 3-0 though it was at Palestine Home ( Jordan)

  AMMAN: Younis Mahmoud scored two goals in the space of three second-half minutes as Iraq thrashed Palestine 3-0 in the AFC Asian Cup 2007 Match Day 3 qualifier and took control of Group E here on Thursday.
  
  The match between the war-torn nations was played at the King Abdullah International Stadium.
  
  Mahmoud broke the deadlock in the 59th minute and the result was never in doubt when he doubled the advantage three minutes later. The two-goal cushion put Iraq firmly in control and Akram SalmanÂ’s team topped the group ahead of China on goals scored when Mohamed Nasser Shakroun found the net in the 90th minute.
  
  Iraq lost to Singapore 2-0 in the opening match before shocking China 2-1 on Match Day 2. They play Palestine in the return encounter on September 6 at the Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium in the UAE.
