  When i goggled, i discovered there were many scuba companies in singapore.
  
  Any recommendation..
  
  cheap and reasonable..
  
  and why u think it is good..
  
  btw where is the places that u have dived before or thinking of ?

  I did my Open water course with Orpheus Dive.
  Really friendly staff instructors.
  they are also a PADI IDC Diver centre.
