do after 2.4, or take the time when you're running to re-organize
your thoughts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Don't talk when you're running.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And remember to wear clothings that are not too tight, nor too
lose, and comfortable shoes.&lt;/p&gt;
