I have a landed property (semi-detached) along still road. My sibling and i take a room each but we have 2 spare rooms to let.
Both rooms are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobes,dressing tables, writing tables, telephone line,and air-conditioned. There is a common toilet just outside the rooms.
You are allowed to use the microwave,fridge,washing machine,laundry area,and kitchen for light cooking. Still road is very near parkway parade, eunos mrt station, east coast park, many elite schs, many restaurants and eating outlets, near PIE & ECP and there are 2 bus services (13 & 55) directly outside my house.
Room rental is @ $500/month.
