Do you finish the food on your plate?

  Do you normally finish the food on your plate? especially the food you ordered when eating outside? i see many people don't have this habit of finishing their plate, quite a waste.

  some girls has small appetite, sometimes buy a plate of rice eat only 1/3 of it.

  i normally try to.. 1 tip for those who r small eater.. when i order food i normally tell them to use less rice, less beehoon..den i can finish liao.
  My frd says it's a sin to waste food so i rather d hawker give me lesser..

  i'll definately finish everything on my plate, if i'm not hungry, i won't take so much. if the food sucks, i won't take them at all.

  If it's the hawker ctr, I'll ask them to reduce the rice or something. But at western restaurant, sometimes the portions are too big.
  
  The eating principle is to stop eating when just full....if you wanna maintain your weight for life.
  
  So do you guys finish up EVERYTHING, including the parsley garnish?

  yeah... finish every thing... think of some other country they cant even have a proper meal to eat... dont waste...
