Any to recommend? As long as it's buffet, it's welcomed...! (Preferably not in some ulu place that's almost impossible to get to also la... XD)

Kuishin-bo (if you want alot of selection) @ suntec (Japanese Restaurant)
or you might want
Hanabi (quailty foods there) @ brash basah area/ near cornation plaza
both pricing is under $50 per person for dinner. -

Melt's food is normal. But the desserts are better then average.

Is the Shangri-La's Rose Veranda still around?
One of the better high tea buffets i thought.
Hyatt Regency's lunch time buffet spread is also decent, as is Orchard Hotel's. -

but after repeated visits (to different outlets), like not that fantastic afterall...
