Oh well, it's a common thing anyway.
I would like to comment though.
In service industry.
'Hello sir, mdm how can i help you?' (or any phrase along the line)
and
'Thank You'
Is absolutely necessary, regardless if customer's attitude.
Case and point, Ben and Jerry's. Always Good service, always making making customers feel good.

The food quite expensive but nice... But hor, since serve until this price, sure got some service standard de mah... i realise the staff there dun smile... like customer owned them alot of money like tis sia... i know inside is hot... but tat isn't the right way to serve customer...
some more should give more promotion... coz the bento too expensive and i onli buy once at taka, not so nice lei... J8 nice!!! But hor, taka one always long queue de.... -

As for the smile, we are sorry about it.I'm not trying to find excuses. Those in the food industry will noe wat i mean. Besides the high temp, there is a shortage of staff n multi-tasking. We will try to provide a better experience by smiling more.
