Went to Hokkaido in Sep. I think Hokkaido has the best food, or at least the freshest, found in Jap.
Jap seem to put in their best effort in anything they do..Thats y their stuff so good.

now u can get to eat them at Market Street..
saw very tempting ones..
strawberry shortcakes, mango pudding etc..
put in a glass.. when u buy, they give u a nice paperbag that can nicely fit in the glass.. $5.80 per piece i think. of course i mean the dessert in the glass.
then, chen song lin *nnadia if im not wrong* de dessert shop (en dian xin) is also at the same building.. that place got these specialty shops.. brands that i have nv seen before. -

If only I got my camera back then when I was touring Hokkaido. The cakes are wow!! Taste is so exquisite!!!!! Yummy. I had this wonderful mochi cake thing.. Big fresh straberry in the middle covered with cake and fresh ceam and then with a layer of pink mochi covering it. Weeee.. very nice. Best part is they make oni 2 or 3 times a day i think. And its normally wiped out within minutes when the cakes are displayed. Only 15 or 20 are made each time i think. Someone mentioned the crepes, i had it when i was in Tokyo, Shinshabashi(I think wrong spelling). One for 8 dollars i still can remember but wow the cream the furits was so fresh. Nice. If one day got chance I would love to go there and be an apprentice of some cake shop.
