  Anyway at Simei Hola cafe (coffeeshop beside the MRT)
  There is this western stall that sells beer battered fish and chips for $5.50
  
  Although it is sutchi fillet, I think it's the best prepared sutchi fillet I've tasted so far. For $5.50 you get:
  
  Beer battered fish with herbs
  Fries
  Coleslaw
  Baked beans
  
  Add 50 cents for a bowl of soup.
