the samsui chicken can be dipped into the ginger they provide together with the meal...and the special thing abt this dish is that you dun eat it wif rice but eat it wrapped inside lettuce
And wud like to know how to cook the potato leaves dish as well..cos the leaves are like super soft and smooth...do they fry and then steam the leaves?
