  Oh you can get it at the JTC cafeteria in Ubi
  It's open to public and it's pretty good too
  They tend to sell out during lunch

  red wine chicken or rather Hong Zhao Chi
  
  its cooked using home made red gutinous rice wine. its mostly cooked with the home made wine and ginger. If i am not wrong its a dish for women that just gave birth.
  
  excellent taste , superb aroma . did not know they eat it with mee sua. Dun see it much in Sg cuz making the red G rice wine is illegal very common in johor area.
