  How u like them eaten? Mashed, whipped, fries, rosti,baked,in stew, as chips...

  i forgot if i really like them 'cos they are starch eh. i try to stay away from known starch. but still fat from snacking other stuff.

  I was a big fan of potato chips ... but that was till I read that potatos processed at very high temperatures (e.g. deep frying, baking etc), produce carcinogenic chemicals ....
  
  now I've given up on fast food fries and eat potato chips like once in three months ...

  I like to eat mashed potato too. And with raisins added, also nice. So is baked potato. But my best experience so far is eating freshly fried potato wedges with a hot cup of coffee on a cold winter morning in Canada.

  steam or boil potatoes.. peel the skin off..
  
  add equal in weight of butter, mash away... add touch of pepper, touch of salt.. eat, keel over and have a heart attack with a smile on your face
