why lately many sugarcane stall put lemon?

ijit they want to be ang moh style? some hawker started the trend then everybody folo?

Sugar cane juice with lemon has been around for many years....
If customers wants it, they will supply...simple. -

With lemon, it's not as coarse and thick for the throat. Helps with the soothing effect.
Anyway, it's usually 20 cents more. Changi Village sells the cheapest IMO. -
ok tea and coke go well with lemon. lemon & Sugarcane? yucks.

Go to the wet market right behind Lavender ICA. Look for the place where the malaysian trucks unload the sugarcane. Then after the truck go off, wait and see how the rats, cats, xiao qiang 'enjoying' their food.
You will never want to drink sugarcane again. -
