Foie Gras is so nice!!!!

Yesterday I ate foie gras. Very expensive, but not I pay one, so it's ok.
Now I understand why it is so expensive and yet ppl dun mind paying that kind of price. The taste was really heavenly!! It looked great from the outside and melted in my mouth.
Up till now, I still miss the taste. I would very much like to have it again even if I have to pay such high price.
Who here likes foie gras?

I ate it once at a restaurant in Sydney called Little Snail. It was an appetizer. Came in a small metal bowl and got a plate of small bite sized hard bread. Just spread it on top of the bread and eat. Very nice.
Came as part of a 3 course meal. For less than AUD 20, you get to choose an appetizer, main course and dessert.
The appetizer snails also were pretty good. But, last I heard, the place has closed shop.

How do u tell the diff between goose and duck liver ? Apparently they taste almost the same but duck liver is like the "imitation"
