  .....going to cut down on coffee and drink more milk instead. For those who drink milk regularly, any health benefits? Does drinking too much milk cause constipation? Full cream or low fat better?

  i drink HL milk mow also...i still remember my sec school.. i from 155 chiong to 171 within 3 years...so milk is good...but kinda fattening...
