I can cook it exactly like those you get in Australia top restaurants

. Once i taste it, i will know how to recreate the taste.
This is how to cook it.
1) heat up the wok, melt the butter or use olive oil - depend on what favour you like.
2) add in the rice - uncook rice, wash and nicely dry. The real type of rice to use is Italian Arborio (a fat, starchy, medium grain rice. But usually cheaper to use japanese rice - cheap on from austrlia will be just as good.
3) Well fry the rice with butter or olive oil, fry till the rice is super hot, they get transparent a little and hopping on the wok.
4) Then add in stock - a little by little while you carry on frying the rice. As the rice by now is so dry and hot , they will absorb the stock into them fully. The stock will depend on what favour risotto you like - chicken, mushroom or seafood.
5) adding more stock, to cover the rice, then slow fire to cook it.
6) when the risotto is almost cook, add in cheese + ingredent ( chicken + mushroom or seafood) .
7) risotto is served !!!
