Today:
Hehe.. here's a bit of a quick lunch, 5 minutes to pluck the herbs, 5 minutes to wash and prepare the ingredients, 20 minutes to marinate, 30minutes to cook and plate. Do forgive the ugly plating (didn't want to waste a piping bag for the little bit of sauce)
Ingredients

1. sprigs of fresh rosemary
2. fresh basil leaves
3. chopped garlic
4. olive oil
5. lingonberry concentrate
6. strawberry vodka
7. fresh cherries
8. chicken thigh
9. juice from half a lemon
10. pasta of your choice
Pan-fried Rosemary Chicken Thigh with Ligonberry Marinate and Strawberry Vodka

1. Marinate chicken thigh with some salt, lemon juice, rosemary, ligonberry concentrate and strawberry vodka
2. Pan fry it until cooked, add a spash of vodka to char-flame it for a bit
3. Serve with fresh cherries and lingonberry sauce
Aglio Olio

1. Boil water with a pinch of salt (pun intended)
2. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente
3. Drain the pasta and blanche with ice cold water
4. lighly pan fry with garlic and olive oil
5. add in crushed (use fingers to tear it) fresh basil leaves 1 minute before it's done
6. Tuck in~

Flirt! - Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cake with Crunchy Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine Base.
Spent like 10 hours making these until 3am in the morning.. yes i'm offically a panda now! So tired can.. No way am I making these again

Raspberry Mousse Cake - Raspberry mousse laced with Kirsch and Triple Sec, lined with halved raspberries, coated with a light layer of raspberry fresh cream and tangy raspberry gel-like glacing on top.. all made with 100% fresh raspberry, no coloring or flavoring added.
Still on a roll with the raspberry theme, this is what happens with 4 boxes of fresh raspberry.. you get a super expensive
but yummilicious cake! [/b]
