I have come across another hotel that offers Champagne brunch on Sundays at $173++ per pax...can't remember which hotel though....perhaps Fullerton?

ps: It's featured in the current issue of IS mag which has a feature on champagne brunches.

    • Dellaveure @ Shangri La

Minimum price for anything there is $67 and thats for a starter salad. The most expensive item is $390 for a Wagyu and Beluga Caviar risotto with foie gras stuffed celery.... Even the a glass of coke costs $18. Serves only high end wines and champagnes like Cristal, Moet , Krug and Pernod. Only have a few tables here and reservations are available by waiting list of 3-5 months. It's not always available everyday.. One month i think only 3 or 5 days of operation.. a Michelin chef and a sommelier is flown just for that day of operation...

well for starters , ordering a bottle of Moet Chardon brut alraedy set me back about more then SGD150 bucks , plus its not even free flow. its 1 bottle only.

U said Fine Dine. So i assume.. all the good food. Chef specialty and the likes. Dessert will already be 30 to 50. Main dish with all the fancy names i cant remember. But all i know that the bill came back pretty high. always more then 250++ with wine and thats only 2 person.

i can tell u that its not filling and wont beat a bucket of 39.90 KFC Hot n Spicy chicken.

I dont think i can give u concrete example down to where and what dish i ordered. but i can assure u that , its not cheap.
