I new here, jus wanna warn all tat the parta shop very near my hse is BLACK SHOP
DO NOT TRY
I drink a lot at Serabgoon Garden so i very familiar with price of parat etc
Tonite i didn't drive so my frenz drop me along still rd
I decided to have supper
I order maggi goreng and tea
cos i usaully eat at Serangoon garden before coming home so i quite aware of the price.
To my surprise they charge me $5 for a simple plate of maggie goreng n tea
I very angry so i jus wan all to know
I usually spent $3 for maggi goreng thru S'pore n less than $1k for tea -

Humm... Is like that lah I once I eat and that cost me to pay around $12 to $13 for 2 person makan in roti prata shop...
One person cost like $6 to $6.50 I always think normal bah thats the price I pay... -

normal i pay.. about $4... plus tea maybe 80cents?....
So total $4.80... and you round off to $5 maybe...?

Aiya, different shop got different price, not like all the prata and tea the same.
Prawn noodles also have different prices, one shop at my place selling at $2.50 while another shop sell at $3.00.
Some chicken rice cost $3.30 while others cost $2.00.
How to compare? They are different.
Sometimes rental for shop also different, some place more expensive, some place cheaper.
If you are price sensitive, you should ask the price first before you order. Price differences of $0.50 and $1.00 between different hawkers are common. -
go until still rd, of coz is eat crabs lah.

You should have asked for the price first lar.

ask him to count again and conferm the price will decrease, if u not sastisfied, ask him counta again and it will decrease to actual price
