invest in a good blender.....
drink a glass of fruit juice everyday if u want to keep ur body detoxed yet still absorb vits and fibre
the most easy one is orange + apple + banana + pineapple
no need to be organic.... just make sure fresh and wash clean
for orange, remove the skin, but be careful not to remove the white layer under the skin. no need cut. do not remove seeds
for apple, cut into halves, remove stem but do not remove seeds
for banana, remove skin
pineapple, do not remove the white stem in the middle
put all in the blender... make sure is powerful enuf to blends fruit seeds and skin.
add brown sugar or honey (if u dun like sourish/bitter taste) and ice cubes.
no need filter.... drink everything!
and try to finish it asap
when u put it out there for too long, all the essence will be lost
u can vary the types of fruits...
like kiwi, lemon (green lemon, not yellow lemon), strawberry, papaya, mango, avocado
can oso mix with vegetables like celery, onion, tomatoes
