where the most clean place to get good food?

  i was at sakae which that is grade A, i saw a rat running out of the kitchen.
  i totally lose appetite.
  not much people saw it. but yes i saw it with my own eye.
  what the heck. why there is rat in such place?

  ehhh my sis got one colleague who previously worked in Sakae..
  
  she said they dun really care about hygiene de.. they can let a wet dirty rag drip over the food then serve the food to customer..
