How to store bak kwa?

Should I put it in the refrigerator even if the packet is still sealed (not opened yet). If I don't , will it attract ants, etc?

no need put in fridge -
I put them in fridge cos it last longer and each time i just take some pieces out and put in air-tight container...
i buy BCH and they always tell me to leave outside till cold before keeping in air-tight container if to be eaten within the next few days. If to eat over a stretch of time then to put in fridge....

If you are not going to consume it within a week, best is to put them in the fridge. Usually I will take them out, cut them into smaller pieces and heat them up in microwave oven.
