Eating carbo-rich food before streneous excercise helps. A lot.
Being a vegetarian does not make you any weaker than non-vegetarians.
Eating lots of fish actually reduces your stress level and helps you to cope better under pressure.
And in relation with the first: Tasting carbo before streneous excercise helps a lot too!
