my friend's granddad started sheng shiong...and they live in HDB!!!... eh no.. is 2..no its 3 HDB flat

I heard sheng shiong have very little wellfare for their workers , for example , anyone who is late for more then 5min will have their pay deducted . Anyone know of other " punishment " there ? I don't like bosses who scrimp and save on their staff .

Sorry lor , i dun like to deduct pple pay one . Neither does my current company do that , usually companies will issue warning letter to the person involved and if by the 3rd warning letter still the same then off he go . Some companies will talk to that person abt it and if still don't improve then they sack them . Having to calculate how much pay to deduct sounds more like punishing the hr staff and the person . I bet your hr will also tell you very mafan also .
