haha it's not the investment which bothers me.. its the lugging around something big and bulky all the time which bothers me.

aiya ull be amazed what pocket cams can do these days. they can be smaller n slimmer thn yr wallet. budget around $600 will be good enuf

this pic was chosen after numerous shots under the dark skies at bedok blk 85, and u can't say it's a photo that can pass.
this too, but this required a lot of stability which i may not have. tyco shot.
this was good but a bit underexposed.
there was at a restaurant that employed orange-ish lighting that screws up everything for us.
avoid brown sauces!
and no flash photography at night. i had been adhering to this rule strictly, but recently i have grown a bit slack and decided to try to use it. of cos, it'll be best to get a mounted light for DSLR's + big aperture lens, but it's expensive. T.T
