i need help on eating healthy foods, because ive been eating macs, kfc for like everyday... and i want to change it..
for my everyday life is like..
breakfast = donut,bread,muffin (if have), if dont have then i'll skip breakfast.
lunch = kfc/mac
dinner = kfc/mac
supper = potato chip?(if have)yeah.. im those like short and skinny type.
so right now.. i want to grow taller and be strong.no one in my house cooks for me so i have to buy it myself.
so pls tell me what you guys eat everyday that is also healthy.
or at least other then fast foods? thnx.btw. i kinda hate veggies. (but i'll try)

my current diet,
breakfast = bread with kaya and butter. 4 slices
lunch = any office lunch set, rice or noodles no difference.
dinner = cook own noodle or buy any noodle-catagory food.
for building up yourself, maybe you can eat rice lunch and dinner ba, 2 meat 1 veggie. bean sprouts also veggie, bean curd also veggie. cabbage also veggie. like that lo..
I also used to eat fast food like nobody's business.. I know the "don't know what to eat" feeling. Drink more plain water, eat half full all the time, fill up the rest of your stomach with fruits!
