      <description>&lt;p&gt;my current diet,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;breakfast = bread with kaya and butter. 4 slices&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;lunch = any office lunch set, rice or noodles no difference.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;dinner = cook own noodle or buy any noodle-catagory food.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;for building up yourself, maybe you can eat rice lunch and
dinner ba, 2 meat 1 veggie. bean sprouts also veggie, bean curd
also veggie. cabbage also veggie. like that lo..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also used to eat fast food like nobody's business.. I know the
"don't know what to eat" feeling. Drink more plain water, eat half
full all the time, fill up the rest of your stomach with
fruits!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;i need help on eating healthy foods, because ive been eating
macs, kfc for like everyday... and i want to change it..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;for my everyday life is like..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;breakfast = donut,bread,muffin (if have), if dont have then i'll
skip breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;
lunch = kfc/mac&lt;br /&gt;
dinner = kfc/mac&lt;br /&gt;
supper = potato chip?(if have)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yeah.. im those like short and skinny type.&lt;br /&gt;
so right now.. i want to grow taller and be strong.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;no one in my house cooks for me so i have to buy it myself.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so pls tell me what you guys eat everyday that is also
healthy.&lt;br /&gt;
or at least other then fast foods? thnx.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;btw. i kinda hate veggies. (but i'll try)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
