Tuition Grant for Uni education

  Currently i have a poly diploma and i am a Singapore citizen.
  If i wish to take up a course full time in one of the local Uni, how much must i pay and what is this tuition grant thing?
  
  If u apply for tuition grant, how much must u pay for the course for 1 semester?
  
  Is the tuiton grant same as the poly where they subsidise 3/4 of the course fee?
  
  are there any bonds to sign? i remember that in poly there are no bonds or for tuition grant
  
  What are the overall fees for a course in psychology in local uni?

  uni tuition grant is about the same as poly tuition grant.. as long as your singaporean.. can sign with no contract or anything..

  For sg...
  1 sem is about 2.9k...1 sem is about 1/2 yr (engineering courses)

  the longer u take the degree, the more expensive it will get.
  
  Not only that so will the number of subjects you need to take!
