why my left eyelid keeps twitching ?

  the area below the left bottom eyelid..keeps twitching since 1-2 days ago and keeps twitching every few seconds..

  it's purely biological. my formal recommendations are that u drink more water, exercise regularly and have enough sleep.

  Some people say it's bcos u are heaty..drink liang teh..
  
  but some pple tend to be superstitious..but then..got once my left eyelid twitched 1 or 2 days..then my dad said im gg to strike 4d..but sadly..the day after he said that..he met with an accident and passed away..
  
  after that incident..then we realized that not only me..my bro's eye also twitched for about a week before that..so it's like a bad omen.
