anyone collect dragon military action figures here?
i'm looking for WW2 models...preferbly german soldiers...they have cool uniforms..
where to get them ? which place cheaper?
the special ops figures r very nice and detailed...wow
wow zoids...Originally posted by Rapture:I do Zoids modelling. I have 30-40 Zoids collection in my room.
I can advice you to go buy spray paint, those which are meant for cars. Get about 20-30 cans of different colours, especially those metallic ones - metallic red, metallic blue, silver, sparkling gold, ash green etc.
Arrange your model parts wide on newspaper and spray paint away !
In the end when you assemble your model, the colour is much more nicer than those colours you buy from hobby shops!
Really u can trust me on that - they look more solid and metallic!
With spray paint, you can also layer different colours , example spray paint brown for the 1st layer, and silver for the second. The resulting silver is much more sparkling and beautiful.
After I used spray paints, I really find that those toy models displaying at hobby shops really sucks and ugly!
And what's more, 30 cans of spray paint is 60% cheaper or less(cost u about $ 120) than getting an airbrush and 30 colours ( which is more than $240).
So where can i buy those sprays?Originally posted by Rapture:I do Zoids modelling. I have 30-40 Zoids collection in my room.

hey really thanks for the help...Originally posted by Rapture:Try get from hardware shops .
But I advice you to buy from Nippon paint shops instead, because these shops spray paints are cheaper, costs about $3.50 for 1 colour.
hardware shops usually costs you much more.

You can either sand it with sandpaper or flush it with thinner to get the look.As for me,i only collect MG and PGs as they don't really need much painting to look good, heeheOriginally posted by Adam&Eve:How you do the weary part.... like the Gundam look a bit wear n tear type
