Fire Works At Marina Bay

  I heard that 8th Aug midninght there is a Fireworks Festival Celebration at Marina Bay, anyone ever watch this fireworks, how long the duration of fire works, is it nice to watch, becoz 9th Aug my girl friend's birthday, so i wish to bring her there if you all recommend me.
  
  Pls share the info, if anyone knows about it.

  Went for 2/3 of the Singapore Firework festival 2004. Around 5 to 10 mins for each show. Worth watching it. Must go early. At least 3 to 4 hours early to have a nice sit. But in the end no use too. Those late comer will just try to get their better view, trying to be in front of u and block ALL your view. Esp when u want to enjoy and sit down on the grass to see the nice firework.

  Most probably the place would be crowded... it's not your private show you know... and your gf might say... why you bring me to such crowded place???

  walk across under pass car tunnal
  you will walking up slop
  big big field on your left, car park must be early

  Yes. Only service 400 goes there. If you are taking train, alight at Marina Bay station and transfer to 400A.

  You can board Sv 400 from Anson Rd (Tanjong Pagar MRT)
  
  Aft 1830,
  
  You can board from Chinatown MRT (People's Park)
  
  Otherwise,
  
  can board 400A from Marina Bay MRT
  
  Note that 400 will not call Marina Bay MRT
  
  The bus will alight your @ Marina Blvd, from there you just walk in straight to the end of the road

  juz got home not long ago.
  
  fireworks was quite disappointing viewing over there coz the big screen and stage was blocking..
  
  concert was quite enjoyable, especially mayday's segment..machiam a mini concert.
