hey all! i jus want to find out, for those who do, why u all watch the show?... especially since it's so popular...
1) i like Chinese music
2) i like reality-TV, specifically talent shows
3) i want to see good-looking contestants
4) i want to compare with Singapore Idol contestants
5) just curious to watch/nothing else on TV
6) others: plz post to give your reasons
for me it's becoz i want to see junyang! haha and i like chinese pop too mah...

I am watching SCV, only during commercials, then I switch to watch Project Superstar to see what the contestants are wearing.
Most of them got really bad taste, don't know how to disguise their flaws eg short legs still wanna wear mini skirts & boots, poor hairstyling, bad choice of colours/ accessories.
They really need the experts to do a complete makeover. -

Just for entertainment... later I realised there's a really good singer (not looker) who became the champion and for the right reasons. I have never donated money or voted thru telephone cos there's not a strong reason for me to do so. But Weilian's singing has a different vocal expression from other singers. Due to his handicap, he always sings from the heart and that is always touching. People who don't like him could be cos their own idol is being eliminated but it's really high time we have a good singer (not looker) on the market. Jun yang is the one who deserves to win. Even the judges think so, by giving jun yang MORE POINTS. Or do you think your music taste is better than the judges sitting there?
