chinese newspaper reported 10 people were questioned!! what a f@rking waste of resource to do things that are not even important. the cops said they must investigate every complaint. come on, what a flimpsy excuse, the investigating officer can decide how far he wants to push this, so it's not true that the attorney general has the final say. if this goes to court, i hope the elephants run amok in court with peanuts....

I'm just amazed at how things work around here.
The amount of public service manpower, resources and time
to double check with the law is astounding. Can't someone quickly check with
someone senior in the "law" (like a phone call) and get the answer out within 3 days for such trivial matters? Is our law so "thick" and complicated that it has to take weeks to investigate on trivial complaints?
We should be quick and efficient when handling with such things.
I'm not impressed.
