  Amex card got very good promo for handphones... but it's only for Singtel users, cuz they want cardmembers to pay singtel via amex card.

  I'm using 3230 now, and I'll advse you not to buy it. Thought it was a nice phone at first too... But the functions ain't very good...

  I'm holding V3 and to me, it's just a simple basic phone. Don't expect much from it for the functions wise. If you are paying for the design, then i feel it will probably make your money quite worthwhile now since the price has already dropped by half.
