  Whether it is good is entirely relative. Anyway, no harm spending 3 months in there, then decide if you really want to be in VJ.

  You only have fun during the first 5 days (Orientation 1) and to people, it's relative cos its fun when they think fun is learning mass dances and shouting yourself hoarse or the 5 days.

  You want fun plus facilities, HCI or ACJC should satisfy you. (Swimming pool, race track, multiple basketball courts, soccer field etc etc)
  
  VJC has only a running track and east coast park to run everyday if you're keen.
  
  If its for the gals then......
