  2) excellent working environment, supportive supervisor, good pay but lousy colleagues..
  
  which one will you guys/gals choose?
  Coz i'm facing this dilema right now..sianz..

  At the end of the day, good colleagues don't feed you or pay your bills.

  Choose the first.
  
  With your good colleagues, you could work together and eventually climb up the coporate ladder. Then, you can fire all your bosses, increase the pay and renovate the place.
  
  It's just gonna take about 3 decades.

  I would choose the job that I like more. but colleages are important also man. now I am facing bad manger, bad job and great colleages though.
  
  lousy colleage can be depressing to go work to a place just to work think I will choose 1)

  team work is very much required at my workplace, we interact not only with our own colleagues and supervisor, but also the public as well..

  the number one actually indicates my current workplace, and the number two is my new job offer.. still in a dilema between this 2 choices..

  2. Slogging for a lousy leader under bad working conditions & for a measely sum of $... sounds depressing indeed. Gd colleagues can become frens.. juz haf to keep in contact. For me i wld think In terms of prospects, having a supportive superior definitely boosts my morale to work harder. I muz enjoy wat im doing.. comfortable working environment, gd $.. lousy colleagues?

  for (1), if the working conditions are really that bad, very soon you'll see your colleagues leaving anyway. Then you'll be left with bad working environment, bad supervisor, low pay and Bad or New colleagues.

  okay,i've already accepted my new job offer, lucky for me i've 3 gd friends working there too..so not tat bad also, signing the appointment letter this coming monday,well, wish me best of luck lah~
