Speaking from a "scientist" view (which i will be in 1.5 yrs time), if its a medical problem, like what you said, too tight, then really no choice. If you just like the way it looked from those porno films, be reminded that you will might not achieved those looks cos they are sunated when they r a baby. YOu will have a obvious scar line (as with all surgery) and probably takes sometime to heal.

Like you said, it's for a medical reason. Let's look at it from the other side : If you don't do it, it can affect sexual performance or possibly even fertility in the future.
Personally, I don't think it's a big deal. The surgery takes barely 1/2 hour from the time you are put under anesthesia to the time u awake. And healing is pretty fast. But like all wounds, it's slightly painful initially, but it'll heal soon enough. And washing does become easier definitely. And yes, I've done mine and have seen numerous being done = ) -

circumcision affects sexual pleasure because without foreskin ur penis cannot make a natural lubericate. Anyway studies have shown that having a foreskin is actually alright just wash underneth regularly -
Actually, some guy in my unit went for it near his ROD (at that time, ORD was called ROD). I think he was 23 at that time.

but i've read reports of men living with tight foreskin their whole lives without any medical complications at all. but just wondering can people with tight foreskin still have sex? will it be painful?
for reference, the term for such a condition is phimosis -
just see a doctor and get some steriod cream
anyway what i mean was must pull back and wash regularly, people last time opt for circumcision cause for hygenic reason mah, but been since proven wrong -
