Anyway, about the donation thing, I think we should blame the people who are in charge of it, instead of restraining ourselves from donating. As long as someone trustworthy can be elected to be in charge of it, I dun see why there is any wrong in donating to those who are less fortunate. And if someone is destined to be struck by a deadly disease, it doesn't mean that person will die from it, and hence would need lots of resources to pay for his treatment, etc.
